Digital Equipment Corporation (now Hewlett-Packard) and EMC, Hossein developed

Hossein’s

building expertise to smaller companies. He works closely with
small-to-mid-sized companies and start-ups, helping them analyze market

and plans. Concurrently, he consults, and delivers training workshops geared

Hossein
holds a M.S. in Engineering from University of Nebraska at Lincoln, and a B.S.
from Iowa State University, and post-graduate courses from University of
Minnesota.

Dennis - Chief Technical Officer & Vice President of Engineering
Tom has over 35 years of
outstanding engineering and business management experience. He has been a
senior engineering executive and corporate officer at a number of large, medium,
and small companies (including AT&T Bell Labs, Xylogics, Cabletron Systems,
Russound, and others), delivering many successful products to market.
He has extensive experience in markets including Networking,
Software,
Hardware, Telecommunications, Wireless, and Storage.
He has a strong background in product development management, including
all disciplines necessary to define, build and deliver products.
He has demonstrated strengths in creating and implementing product
visions, leading product development efforts, implementing product development
methodologies, project management, quality by design, quality assurance, release
engineering, and more.

engineering, technical, and business management expertise to the task of helping
engineering organizations identify and eliminate the causes of ineffective
engineering that can lead to late project deliveries, poor product quality, high

Tom
has a broad technical and business education, including an MBA from The Wharton
School at the University of Pennsylvania, an MS-EE from The Polytechnic
Institute of Brooklyn, and a BS-EE from Lehigh University, all achieved with
highest honors.

designs.
Bob’s
work in Product Lifecycle Management and his current consulting leverage his
experience in the processes and systems to support collaborative design and
manufacturing for customers ranging from Fortune 100 companies to small
businesses. His efforts have
reduced high-tech product time-to-market by 30%.
In this area he gained significant experience in supply chain operations
and partner and vendor management.
Bob
holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a B.S. in
Electrical Engineering from Brown University.
He has completed professional education in Technical Project Management,
Engineering Management and Quality Development Methodologies.
